ShipStacked is a proof-of-work hiring platform for AI-native builders. Growing fast. We need a founding hire to own growth and community. This is not a marketing role. This is an AI-native operator role. You ship distribution like an engineer ships code. You direct agents to research, write, schedule, and analyse. You run experiments daily, measure ruthlessly, kill what doesn't work in 48 hours. What you'll own: Daily distribution across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Facebook Building the ShipStacked community, Discord server, weekly threads, builder spotlights Outbound to AI-native builders worth featuring on the platform Inbound funnel from launches, articles, podcast appearances Working directly with the founder. No layers, no committee, no PowerPoint Velocity metric: verified builders per week joining because of you Your application is your ShipStacked profile. Requirements
Track record of growing audiences, communities, or distribution funnels Active builder using AI tools daily, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Make Strong public writing, show me threads, posts, articles you've shipped Comfortable with full-stack growth: content, community, partnerships, outbound Bonus: existing audience on X, LinkedIn, or YouTube Self-directed, you don't need a manager, you need a goal
