You build support systems that resolve tickets without humans touching them. ShipStacked is sourcing customer support AI specialists for: — AI-powered ticket triage and auto-resolution — Knowledge base and RAG-based self-service — Escalation routing and priority classification — Agent assist tools that make human agents faster

Requirements

Customer support domain experience. Strong RAG and automation experience. Support metrics understanding. Zendesk or Intercom integration preferred.
